Patience, a registered nurse in Ghana, wanted to move into management but lacked formal training. She enrolled in INNOVA Africa’s Post-Graduate Certificate in Health Care Administration, offered with Ontario Tech University. Through eight months of coursework and practical projects, she gained the skills she needed and soon after graduation secured a role in Canada as a Health Services Coordinator at a long-term care facility.
