Overview:
The Corporate Leaders Training program is a six-month corporate training experience that prepares executives and managers to excel in leadership roles across industries. Delivered through interactive online modules and capped by a two-week, in-person intensive at Ontario Tech University in Canada, the program focuses on core competencies such as strategic management, conflict resolution, negotiation, high-impact communication, and organizational innovation. Participants learn from experienced faculty and peers while exploring the latest global trends affecting leadership in both private and public sectors.
Career Opportunities:
Graduates of this program advance into or strengthen their roles as senior executives, managers, and directors across government, private, and non-profit organizations. Many leverage the skills gained to improve their leadership effectiveness, expand their organizational impact, and pursue new opportunities in strategy, operations, and change management.
