The Master’s Certificate For Public Sector Leaders program is a six-month corporate training experience that prepares executives and managers to excel in leadership roles across industries. Delivered through interactive online modules and capped by a two-week, in-person intensive at Ontario Tech University in Canada, the program focuses on core competencies such as strategic management, conflict resolution, negotiation, high-impact communication, and organizational innovation.
